Our heat did not work in our room. The radiator simply blew cold air no matter how high we turned the temperature. We eventually just had to turn it off completely. We called the front desk twice to complain and spoke to the concierge in person once and still no one came to check on the problem. We will not be back.

great location
This hotel is across the street from PPG arena. it's a 2 minute walk very good location for events. Hotel was clean, staff was attentive and personable. The rooms do not have updated tech stuff so you will need wall adapters. We had a very nice view of the city. The breakfast buffet was well above average. There is a connected parking garage. We paid $30 for parking there.

This hotel is very outdated, my room was large so I had no complaints there. However I had 2 units, one was blowing cold, and one blew hot. So that was a tad weird, also there are 4 elevators but only 1 worked. So needless to say you waited forever.
