The hotel was beautiful but we requested a suite with a door between the bed room and main room a few before the night we arrived we did not have one and spoke with front desk they said they would check into it never heard from them again they are lucky I could not hear my husband from the other room snoring .

Only thing I didn’t like is they gave my husband and I a full size bed instead of a queen. We slept horrible being in such a small bed. We weren’t given the option for a bigger bed.

Stayed for a Bruce Springsteen show & totally pleased with hotel in general but rooms are showing their age & in need of an upgrade. Water pressure was amazing though. Also not handicap accessible to come & go as I found out when I sprained my ankle. Lots of unavoidable stairs & no staff assistance to get to car.

Everything was very nice. We had a beautiful room with the best view of the park. Would give 5 stars but our luggage was lost for an hour after checking in because they put the wrong number on the dolly and sent it to the wrong room. They also double billed our credit cards for the cost of the room, but insisted that the additional charge would drop off, which it did, however, it was terribly inconvenient to have an additional charge pending. Had a very lovely time, despite the issues.
