No smoke alarm only 1 roll of toilet paper no light cover on a light closet door wouldn't stay shut, the mattresses were dirty. I would never stay here again!

I booked this hotel about a month in advance and got a room for my cousin and I and SPECIFICALLY booked 2 beds just to be told they rented out that room to someone else and only had 1 bed in an available room. No discount, no nothing and they didn't accommodate anything for us. Although I'm with a family member, it still felt awkward for us to have to share a bed. We were 2 hours away from home and had an Uber coming for us in 15 minutes so not like we had time to find another place to stay. Will never book with this app again or the redfoof in wherever they have a location.

Front desk was rude at check in. Room and hallway smelled. Mini fridge didn't wook and had horrible smell. Hair on bathroom floor. Minimal towels, soaps and no kleenex. No breakfast what so ever. Inconvenient acess from hotel to resturaunts. Noisy street.

The only good thing is they let me check in early after a five hour drive. No one told me anything aboutWi-Fii or anything. There was a roach in my room, the fridge wasn't very cold and the air didn't work very well. I will not ever stay here again.

Not the best.. reservation was for 4 only got 2 pillows and 1 towel. When ask for more we where told we could get more towels but not pillows so I had to remind them how many where staying.. they eventually brought more pillows. Whole place smelled of cigarettes and strong chemicals. Smoke detector was ripped from the ceiling, tv color was almost completely out, everything was purple and green. No wifi.

Dirty bedsheets, no towels, dirty floor, ripped curtains, no extra toilet paper, smallest pillows in the world, tv not working (although they did fix it), crazy u-turn off a steep fast hi-way to access the place, was super noisy with trucks gearing down throughout the night… Yeah, terrible. Only good thing was the price and the front desk staff were nice. But with all of the above is any price worth it?

First room we were given both bed sheets looked dirty and stained one with hair all over by the pillows. Which prompted us to check mattresses which both had lines of bedbugs. We took to front desk photos asking for a different room or something and he went to “look” at the beds saying he didnt see anything. After us telling him we will not stay in that room an not budging he finally switched us rooms which luckily that mattress looked brand new unlike the others but we went from 2 beds to 1. The second room still wasnt the cleanest floors and walls were dirty, bathroom sink didnt drain. Cigarette burns in comforter and on toilet seat.
