Great stay

The staff were so friendly. They had a very clean room available to us last minute for a great price. We got the studio which came with a full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and stovetop! They even had utensils, cups, plates, a toaster, pots and pans etc for us to use. It made us feel right at home. There was a great workspace available as well. The bathroom was nice and clean and I appreciated that they had liquid hand soap available and not just those soap bars that every hotel has. Only thing is that parking was an extra $5 a night but that wasn’t a problem for us. Very nice stay and I would 100% go back.

There was a family with a baby in the adjoining room. I could clearly hear conversations and the baby crying. Otherwise, it was very quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable. The airport shuttle needs improvement. The vehicle I rode in was very dirty and in poor condition overall. An unpleasant experience in this regard.

Our dog sitter wasn’t available, so I called the hotel and was pleasantly surprised to find out they’re very pet-friendly. The pet fee was fair for the weekend, and the hotel itself was spotless. The room was spacious and comfortable — overall, an excellent stay. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Smooth check in, though the guy was telling me the check in info like he was an auctioneer, room itself was a decent size, computer chair didnt go up or down, worn chair arms, older flat screen TV. Shower was decent, good pressure, water was nice and warm. Bed/pillows were comfy. Had an issue on day 2 where the room next to me had the phone ringing endlessly, then they BLASTED music. I banged on the adjoining door to get them to stop to no avail, had to call the front desk to get them to turn it down. Big parking lot, and the hallways smelled wonderful!

The employee that checked us in was very rude and not professional at all. He asked for a card for incidentals, which was expected. I handed him my Chime banking card and he said he wasn’t able to accept it that he needed a different card. He then went to read the updated policy that was on the desk and said they must not have updated it on the policy. I could “let it slide for tonight, but next time you will be turned away.”

The walls were so thin, I could hear people rolling over in bed in the next room as well as the people in the parking lot, the hallway, and taking showers. If you want quiet, this isn't it.

Pet friendly, room was clean and all appliances for an extended stay, but we used it to be close to the airport. The location wasn't convenient for walking to stores or shop. The area was limited for things to do.
