The property is as pictured. Located in a very convenient location, close to the beach (2 minutes walk), bus (1 minute), and all the restaurants). It is far enough from the main street so it is quiet, and yet close enough that everything is within walking distance. Very good location. An environmentally friendly place/owner. Solar-heated water and solar-panel for electricity, for those who care about being environmentally responsible. Perhaps the biggest asset is the owner, who is local and extremely attentive. Everything you need, he provides. Being a local, his recommendations about restaurants, etc., were all spot-on: during my stay, I had not had one bad meal. highly recommended.

Very nice stay in Platanias
Very nice and east stay, super comfortable bed on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the garden. Just off the main street, but very quiet. Clean studio-like space with fridge and hot plates if you want to cook, very spacious with big closet for your stuff! Very helpful owner as well.

A relaxing, comfortable, uncomplicated stay
I thought, especially for the price, this hotel was really, really nice. The room was clean and reasonably spacious and everything worked well. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable. The location is very convenient; close to the beach with many good restaurants nearby. And finally, the hotel staff (or owners, not sure) were extremely helpful. They arranged a reasonably priced taxi pickup from the airport (cheaper than any other option I could find), and were very flexible regarding some requests I had regarding check out etc. I'd go again.

Han som eier leilighetene er veldig gjestfri, hjelper om det er noe. Lett å kommunisere med og beliggenheten er grei. 5 min gå tur så er du på stranda, er butikker og restauranter rett utenfor døra. Er stille område uten om musikk fra nabo hotellet fra 20-22 om kvelden. 10/10

Schöne Unterkunft - Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe
Wir waren im September für 12 Tage im Studio untergebracht. Die Küchenzeile ist mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet, der Rest der Ausstattung ist für ein Appartment vollkommen ausreichend. Täglich gab es frische Laken und Handtücher. Auch war der Gastgeber immer ansprechbar und stand mit Rat und Tat beiseite. Es war ein angenehmer Augenthalt, die Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen!

Hadde et fantastisk fint opphold på dette lille hotellet. Veldig hyggelig rengjøringspersonale og eieren av hotellet var svært hjelpsom og tilgjengelig. Den ene dagen fikk vi til og med kake på senga. Dersom du ikke behøver basseng på din reise anbefaler jeg dette på mitt sterkeste. Beliggenheten var topp. Stille og rolig, men allikevel veldig nært hovedgaten. 10 av 10!

Mysigaste privatboende Platania
Superbra boende, rent och fint, super välskött. Mycket mysigt hus med fin trädgård. Jättebra säng, stort rum, stor balkong. Värden var helt fantastisk, mycket trevlig familj som äger hotellet - de bor på ovanvåningen. Mycket hjälpsam, t.o.m körde oss ner till bussen med sin bil till busshållplatsen. Ligger en gata uppåt, paralelt med huvudgatan. Städning varje dag, riktigt noga. Vi kunde checka in sent och vi kunde förvara vårt bagage tills vi åka, kl 20.00 på kvällen. Väldigt nöjd med detta boende, kommer gärna tillbaka igen, och definitivt rekommenderar till alla.

Mysigt och familjärt!
Väldigt mysigt och familjärt hotell! Ligger nära huvudvägen och stranden. Fick väldigt trevlig och personlig service av ägaren och han var tillgänglig hela tiden om man skulle behöva någon hjälp :)

Καθαρό άνετο και ησυχο μέρος για οικογένεια Μπράβο
Επισκεφθήκαμε το συγκρότημα για το 3ημερο Αγ. Πνεύματος, οικογένεια με 1 παιδί 5 ετών. Πολύ άνετο και καθαρό δίχωρο δωμάτιο. Ο περιβάλλον κήπος ήταν ότι καλύτερο μπορούσε να μας τύχει, καθότι έπαιζε το παιδί στο γκαζόν, πολύ καλή ιδέα το κιόσκι όπου τρώαμε πρωινό στον κήπο, καθαρά, ανετα και ευρύχωρα. Είχε όλα όσα θα θέλαμε από οικιακές ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και δεν υπήρχε κανένα πρόβλημα να πάρουμε οποιοδήποτε γεύμα της ημέρας στο δωμάτιο. Χωριστή κρεββατοκάμαρα, σαλόνι ενιαίο με κουζίνα και χωριστό μπάνιο. Εξωτερικά υπήρχε διάδρομος αυλή όπου καθόμασταν και πήραμε όλα τα πρωινά το γεύμα μας. Η διακόσμηση δε ήταν μοντέρνα σε χρώματα φωτεινά που σε ενθουσιάζουν. Γενικά το όλο συγκρότημα δείχνει το μεράκι και την αγάπη για αυτό που έφτιαξαν οι ιδιοκτήτες, τον επαγγελματισμό τους και την αγάπη τους στη φιλοξενία των επισκεπτών. Ιδιόκτητος χώρος σταθμευσης και βεβαίως υπηρεσίες διαδικτύου διαθεσιμες. Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι και σίγουρα θα ξαναπροτιμήσουμε το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα και σε επόμενες αποδράσεις μας στην περιοχή αυτή που μας αρέσει. Η Κα Χριστίνα πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε οτι της ζητήσουμε και σε καθε μας επιθυμία. Για όσους επιθυμούν ησυχία, ξεγνοιασιά και ένα μέρος να παίξουν τα παιδιά τους χωρίς άγχος, ο κήπος που διαθέτει είναι το καταλληλότερο πράγμα. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα για ήσυχη παραμονή σε συνδυασμό με την πολύβουη περιοχη του Πλατανιά. Αυτό που μας άρεσε τέλος ήταν ότι αυτό που είδαμε στις φωτογραφίες και ερωτευτήκαμε, αυτό ακριβώς και βρήκαμε.
