Great stay lovely resort we booked privledge which I personally wouldn’t bother paying for as it’s nothing special and the privledge breakfast buffet was always empty but the resort is fab lots going on and lots to see and do and great snorkling

I did not enjoy the wildlife. I was pleased that the wildlife did not bother anyone although one did run across the table when a couple was eating. That was very disturbing!

Staff are friendly and do their job well. The grounds were not kept up to well (dirty walk ways and quite a lot of garbage from day before not cleaned up. The Koatis in the resort ( and i get it its wild life in and around the resort) were very aggressive especially when there was food around and they deficate every where and no. One would clean up which is very unsanitary. For these reasons would not return to this resort.

The only positive for this hotel is the staff which were always very nice regardless of who you ran into. We were disappointed in the quality of food at every place that we ate. Even the Steak House which was absolutely raved about was terrible. The room service items were the worse of all and the desserts consisted of warm cheesecake and a rock hard brownie. Beyond the food issues, the hotel is very run down. Paint chipping, roofs leaking in most buildings, no AC in some buildings, the elevators not working, etc. There were also some pretty bad smells. As soon we opened the door to leave the room it smelt like sewage. Our room was not the cleanest with splatters on the floor, patchy repair jobs, stained towels, and a hole in the wall under the bathtub. We had a two story room with a rooftop jacuzzi and we were not able to use it because it would never fill up beyond 1/4 full. The lights in the outdoor seating area didn’t work so we could not be up there at night, and the outdoor furniture mats were very dirty. The drinks were good at all the bars, but you can’t get drinks brought to your room. The only bar open after 8pm is in the lobby, which is all the way on the other side of the resort from our room and a pretty long walk. We never got served in the reserved Privilege areas at the pool either, which was a big bummer. I was really hoping to like this place and have it be our new go to but we are very disappointed and the only saving grace for this hotel is the staff.

The staff are fantastic and the food was great in some of the restaurants but the cost for privileged is something that i wish was not so expensive but the pool and locations are always clean. The resort staff should make your guests that are not fluently spanish speaking about the excursion rates and what is expected from your clients (people who operate the excursions)from your guest in regards to tips and maybe offer spanish lessons as an option at the resort. My friends and I enjoyed everything. Thanks for the experience

Service, staff and food was incredible, absolutely amazing. Every person we interacted with was helpful and friendly. Appreciate their hard work. Hotel was nice and clean. A lot of activities, restaurants. Entertainment is great. BUT there is no beach. In the ocean side dozens of sand bags, looks horrible…not possible to swim. The only thing we needed from this vacation was the beach. No words to describe how sad it was. We tried to book another hotel and leave in the first day, but at the last moment everything was expensive and we had to stay and go to Princess hotel (next to ours) to hang out on the beach.

This was our second time staying at the resort.The first time was great the second time was so so. You can definitely tell that they are trying to better the resort in some areas. But they do not regulate smoking areas, so people are smoking everywhere. Very hard to go sit by the pool with people smoking right beside you. Also the push for timeshare ownership is ridiculous. They wont take no for an answer and waisted a day of our vacation touting us around just becaise we didnt want to be rude and say leave us alone. I wanted to stay at your resort, was this not good enough? It will be the last time we stay. Time to find something better

This was our first time at this resort and loved it! The staff from the front desk, concierge, waiters, bartenders, room service and all privilege areas were beyond accommodating. Our room in the junior suite swim up area was spacious, clean, private, romantic and comfortable. We also loved the private privilege beach area. We liked the idea of having different areas throughout the resort that were quiet and relaxing and then other areas that were more full of life for when you wanted to party. We would def come back in the future
