Hotel antigo, porém reformado, com quartos agradáveis. Decoração retrô de hall de entrada e acessos principais, o que dá um aspecto visual muito poluído. Hotel com acessibilidade. Tratamento impecável. Alimentação variada e muito boa. Equipe de "outros-serviços" sensacional, com várias atividades para todas as idades. Festas ótimas. O local é um pouco afastado do aeroporto e a estrada não é muito boa. A área externa é espetacular! O hotel possui SIM elevador, diferente do que foi informado no site Hoteis.com. Outro ponto que o site oferece é um crédito de US$ 850,00 por quarto para o uso em serviços durante a estadia. NÂO são créditos, são descontos na compra de serviços no hotel - o que achei super enganoso!!!

The rooms were very clean. The bed in our first room was very uncomfortable but we changed to a different room and it was much better. Food was decent. We enjoyed the buffet and a few other restaurants. Do better with the tacos. I expected more quality being we are in Mexico. The service was great! Everyone greeted us with a smile. The night entertainment could have been better but it rained so maybe that’s the reason.

My boyfriend and I decided to come to this resort based off reviews, there were many of things that we were very unsatisfied about, soon as we get into our room, we noticed the air conditioning does not work not to mention the sink faucet was falling off completely. The toilet was nonstop running throughout the day and night. As far as the food, we were extremely upset it was very mediocre and it does not reflect the pictures. The swim up bar closed at 6 o’clock at night. There was no more food after 10 pm, the pictures reflected a nightclub in which there was no nightclub at the resort. This resort mainly pertained senior citizens. The entertainment was not as entertaining as it was portrayed however, staff was very attentive and had great customer service. After speaking with other guest, they mentioned the resort had very much gone downhill over the last four years. They also expressed they will not be coming back there….all in all for the amount that we paid. We would rate this resort a 4/10.
