Expedia booked 3 OCEAN VIEW Junior Suites at the Wyndham and we were given 3 rooms with views of the public access to the beach which was noisy and very uninspiring. When asked was told that was all they had and we could possibly move half way through our stay which would have been very inconvenient. We were in Mexico and their Mexican Restaurant food was awful. The Resort never had a transfer service to and from the airport and cost an extra $250 American. For an upper end Resort this should have been offered at no extra cost to us. This all inclusive resort wanted extra money to be able to partake in the New Year Celebrations. It should not be advertised as an all inclusive when it wasn't. Our overall satisfaction was rated as poor because of all of the above reasons.

Liked that there was a Tranquility Pool where it was quieter than the main pool and had a restaurant and bar service didn’t like I got a room overlooking pool and ocean view beautiful but bar and entertainment area was 2 floors below and very noisy only til about 11:30 tho

This property did not have a swimmable beach. Although it was within walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants. Disappointed that the pool activities were super loud drunken parties. Would be ok if there was another area to swim and relax.

I travelled alone and the staff made me feel so welcome/safe. Everyone greeted me by name. They are very caring. The property is beautiful. Please add your great season and flavors to the buffets (we come there to taste your authentic food. They will survive with a little more flavor lol). But everything is amazing ! I will be back soon.

Nice Hotel in a very good location - most of the staff is very friendly, except the senior guys in the reception! Food is general good with a lot of choices The hotel is located on the beach, but there’s not a good sandy beach on the spot One advice: If you book a room with partial sea view, the only view you get from the room is a noisy parking spot / road (attached photo) If you lean out from the balcony you may see a glint of the sea, but I paid for a ROOM with partial sea view which I didn’t get. We complained but it was just ignored in a very arrogant tone! Thanks to Miquel for the dinner last night, unfortunately it was too late!

What a wonderful experience! We loved it! The only thing I wish was that the website had more information before we left America. Once we got there, the QR codes be the websites given to us there re great! You guys should definitely showcase it more before people book it and after they book it/before their trip. The food was excellent! The staff was excellent! The activities were fantastic! It was great!

Everything was wonderful. The room - beautiful. The grounds - wonderful. Restaurants - excellent. The people and entire staff - great. My only negative comment was the Sushi restaurant. A majority of the menu items (tuna, salmon, and others) was not available the entire time we were there. I know this because we spoke with a number of people throughout the week, and they indicated that nothing was available. We essentially had 1 choice - shrimp. We only ate there once and opted for the other wonderful choices.
