we were sadly informed that there is a $34/day parking fee added to that isult the first night we returned the entrace to hotel PACKED with cars we sat for over hour with no movement of cars( an ambulance tried to arrive i midst of confusion) finally i went into hotel an informed only one valet. gave keys to front desk(at 10pm) at 11;30 car still in driveway of hotel. last night car left near street all night very unsafe conditions.would not stay here again we have a new toyota venza so needed safe no compensation made for inconvenience. evening cotails a joke potatochips and water down drinks. we booked this hotel for the parking and breakfst with cottails in evening. very disappointed. hotels .com did not state charges for parking plus tourism fees added to billing

The breakfast is pretty nice and they give complimentary happy hour drinks and snacks every day which was a cute surprise! The staff was hit or miss—super friendly at check in but not helpful at other times. No housekeeping during the stay and it was a huge hassle when I asked for extra towels. There were dirty cups on the floor outside our room when we arrived and it was generally not very clean. Parking is expensive if you use the valet but the garage next door is more affordable. Make sure to ask for a room away from the train—super quiet on that side of the property!

The property is clean and in a safe area. There is only expensive valet parking on site, but there is a less expensive garage behind the property and a Bart station parking garage within easy walking distance to the hotel, which you can register to park in. The hotel itself is fairly noisy, but the bedrooms aren’t. Breakfast has many choices.

The property did not list that there was not adequate sized parking for larger vehicles. They also did not mention that Valet Service is mandatory... When the word "optional" is listed, that should mean that there are other ways/areas in which to park your own vehicle. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, that we ended up having to use the couch to sleep on. The front desk clerk on the morning of checkout (6:30am) was extremely rude and not helpful AT ALL!!! She did not listen to what we were asking her, and she had an attitude while we were trying to check out. You could tell that she did not want to be there! There was so much noise coming from the outside late into the night (it quieted down right before midnight) that it was extremely difficult to go to sleep.

George at the check-in desk was fantastic and friendly and made us feel welcome after a long day of travel. Hotel was gorgeous, clean, comfy, we liked the ease of parking in the garage next door. The continental breakfast was great as well. :)

My room was right by the Bart rail tracks. I wish I had known. I would have asked for a different room. The trains ran every 10 min until 1:00 a.m. even with earplugs I could not sleep. I was falling asleep during the conference the next day. Never again.

I was disappointed that our room was never attended to even though we were out of our room by 9:30am. Kids running and screaming in the hallway outside our room was not acceptable. Half were high school athletes that should have known better. We’ve stayed here many times but it’s obviously just for people with children that don’t care about other people staying there.
