I though overall the hotel was great and the front check in staff where fantastic. Breakfast was really good. The only thing was the bartender. He could do more to interact with guests instead of sitting on his phone at the end of the bar. It was like we were bothering him when he had to get up and get us a drink.

Self parking fee was crazy!
It was a nice hotel, a bit pricey which was ok. The $48 per day “self” park was very expensive.

There is construction going on right behind the hotel. Up between 6-6:30am due to construction. Would have been nice to know the construction was going on. Quiet a few homeless people walking back from Broadway.

Only issue I have is with Valetbservuce but very personable I even gave a $20! Tip messed up my my day suppose to be 2 day valet service only did for 1 day had to go back and ad extra and no good way to get ahold of them or to get my vehicle ready for me ahead of time very frustrating

When we first arrived room was clean. We were very happy about that. Going to get ready for our costly NYE plans my friend said the shower was overflowing. Water wouldn’t drain. I called front desk 3 times and no one came up. Getting late I had to shower and get ready to leave as it was running late. Getting out of the shower I slipped and fell on the floor that was very wet. You couldn’t avoid it as water leaked out We called down that I fell and I was hurt. More then an hour later they sent up housekeeping. Nicola was amazing. She comforted me and brought me ice for my knee. Manager came up and told me how bad she felt. I gave her info for an accident report. Next day I didn’t hear about report. When I asked I was told they don’t give us reports. Rooms were not tended to unless I called several times to get someone up there. Also on one night at 10:30 pm we arrived back at the hotel and room was not done up. We waited in lobby approx 90 minutes while room was being cleaned. This was a daily ocvurance regarding cleaning. Many of the things we planned and paid to do we couldn’t because it involved walking and I just could not walk too much because of pain in my back and knee. We looked forward to this trip all year. Its become a tradition to go to Nashville for new years. Unfortunately this trip was a waste as we could not enjoy as we planned to because of my injury so we left 2 days early. I’m upset, sad and physically hurt.
