Room appeared neglected. Shower was not clean, toilet handle was broken (but working), shower kept dripping, restroom floor was wet, remote was missing battery cover, coffee maker had not been cleaned (old filter still in it), walls had scuffs in many areas. Fortunately we only used the room to sleep and not shower since we only stopped to rest from a 14 hour drive.
