Mon séjour n'a pas eu lieu, en effet je n'ai reçu aucune confirmation de paiement ni de réservation de votre part. J'ai donc naturellement cru qu aucune réservation n'avait eu lieu. J'ai donc réservé un autre logement. Le fait que je n ai reçu aucun mail de votre part m'a induit en erreur et a donc engendré des frais supplémentaires en réservant une autre chambre. Pouvez vous effectuer un geste commercial afin que je puisse être dédommagé de ce désagrément. Cordialement M.PHEULPIN.
