Staff friendly, check in took a while but staff helpful throughout. Unfortunately room wasn't ready when we got up to it at approximately 3.30pm. But Staff made sure we didn't have to wait too long. Extremely clean and comfortable

Love the Moxy just a few things, one of my side lamps by the bed wasnt working, also the night lite under the bed wasnt working, and my colleague had her car broken into 2 weeks ago and the shattered glass is still in the car park. Very dangerous

Nice hotel but a couple of issues on this occasion
This is a great hotel with modern comfortable rooms but the room was quite cold on this occasion and the Air Con/Heating just blew out cold air not warm even though the temperature was ramped up. Staff were pleasant and helpful but the service in the restaurant was again quite poor. Had to wait almost an hour from ordering to receiving my meal (it was only chilli so nothing elaborate). This isn't the first time this has happened here and it wasn't particularly busy in the bar at the time.

Perfect hotel, central to Plymouths nightlife which was our reason for staying. Modern, clean & super friendly staff. We had an accident with a prosecco bottle as soon as we arrived causing the bottle to soak my partners outfit. Luckily the staff were super helpful and offered to wash and dry his outfit.

Great Stay, will be returning.
couldn't speak highly enough of the Moxy. Staff excellent, rooms excellent, breakfast more than acceptable and a good bar and a great breakout area where my daughter and I could chill out rather than the room. I will be returning. If they could sort out cheaper parking (£14 quid for 24 hours) somewhere close by, that's the only way it could be improved as it's a bit out of the city centre. However the staff this weekend were absolutely superb and did everything to make us feel wanted and special. We will be back
