This cosy cottage is located in a wonderful spot in Plymouth. Perched on the rocks of Plymouth's stunning waterfront is this enchanting two hundred year old Harbour Master's house . This cottage offers not just historic character, but also direct access to the sea and beach right from the kitchen french doors, making it perfectly unique for morning open water swims, beach strolls and even picnics tide permitting.
As you enter the cottage, the spacious porch welcomes you to the breakfast bar area leading through into the beautifully designed open plan dining lounge. Adorned with exposed stone and brickwork that speaks of the cottage's rich history. The cozy log burner adds warmth and ambiance for cooler evenings, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation after a day of exploration.
The heart of the cottage has a contemporary fitted kitchen, with all modern amenities and a charming coffee station to fuel your adventures. A winding staircase leads you to the upstairs, where you’ll discover a luxurious shower room with hollowed out rock sink and of course "the best seat in the house".
The large master bedroom embodies a stylish boutique feel, enhanced by a delightful roll-top bath tub that invites you to unwind in pure indulgence, whilst taking in the panoramic views from the dual aspect windows.
