Exterior streets poorly lite and desolate at night. Inside, you walk down pitch black hallways until the sensors decide to turn on the lights briefly. Beds were as small as I have ever seen, and mattresses thin and hard. Desk chairs uncushioned and difficult to move on carpet (no wheels). Room was large, but no A/C. I could go on, but I don’t like being so negative. I will say staff was pleasant and breakfast buffet acceptable…. But other than that, Hideous…

If you want a clean, decent room with breakfast close to the city and parking then this has all of those. It seems good for a day or two stay in Plzen and checks all the boxes. Plenty of plugs for your devices and nice people.

Charming in Pilsen
A great find in Pilsen. Quiet with friendly staff. One of the better hotels on this 37 day European walking trip. About 2 blocks from old city wall, now a green belt, and another 2 blocks to the main square. Many small restaurants near by. Pilser Urquell is just a couple of blocks further. For a 3 star hotel, this was a surprise. Large rooms, anything you wanted was quickly provided, and a breakfast above our expectations. We highly reecommend this hotel!

One night stopover
On arrival greeted by a very pleasant & helpful young guy on reception. Hotel is situated in a quiet street but within easy walking distance of main square. We had a room on the 3rd floor and when you entered the main door of room there was a 'hallway' area off which one door led to the bedroom and another door led to the bathroom. The bedroom was very spacious & clean as was bathroom. There was underground parking available at no extra cost. Unfortunately we had an early flight so could not sample breakfast in the hotel however breakfast bags were given to us containing 2 filled rolls, tomatoes, cake & an iced coffee drink. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Highly recommend this hotel
I dont often leave reviews but this place deserves one. It was much more than I expected. Parking was easy and safe. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was the best part, great food and the view on the 6th floor was a great place to see the city and country side. The front desk ladies were great for giving directions and things to do.

Trending in Plzen
Hotel was much farther from train station than we'd been led to believe from the description. It was clean and the breakfast was very good. No AC, which wouldn't be a problem except Pilsen was experiencing a heat wave. They gave us a fan at the desk, though, which helped. The bathroom was spacious and light. The bed had a nice arrangement of individual lights and nigh table space on each side; the pillows weren't too good, though: one was huge and springy and the other was very small.
