We rent out our second house on our property in Cyprus for a maximum of 2 people (exclusively private - not commercial)

Cyprus is a popular holiday destination and, with an area of ​​9,251 square kilometers, is the third largest Mediterranean island after Sicily and Sardinia. Cyprus is very well known for its history and culture as well as its picturesque landscape. Cyprus opens up unimagined possibilities for individualists, mountain bikers, motorcycle fans, off-road freaks, water sports enthusiasts or hikers, as well as for connoisseurs who like to combine the beach and sightseeing.

You stay on the beautiful, quiet, and breathtaking northwest coast of Cyprus.
We are located on the outskirts of Prodromi, near Polis and the small port of Latsi.
Sea views, nature and no neighbors characterize our Cozy Cottage. We are your hosts not far from the Akamas nature reserve, where Aphrodite once took a bath with Adonis, and the famous Paphos Forest, which stretches up from here to the Troodos mountains.

The second house cozy cottage was completed in 2022 and has all the necessary amenities. Whether internet connection or SMART TV or hammock and chill lounge. Here you can relax or work remotely.
Sea views are guaranteed from the covered veranda or from the double bed.
For self-caterers, the kitchen in the cozy cottage offers all the necessary equipment, and we are happy to make appropriate recommendations for restaurant visitors.

Make yourself comfortable in this cottage, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. A kitchenette is outfitted with a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment.

Great location and view, and high quality accomodation
Uwe was excellent in contacting us before we arrived to make sure that we would be welcomed, and we were so happy to find that Cozy Cottage was in such a good location for our walking and swimming. The accommodation was superbly clean and organised and modern with everything we needed. The view from the bedroom and terrace looks across olive groves to the sea, and was a delight to wake up to! We went walking every day, and then went swimming in different locations every day. The bars on the beaches were friendly,. I thoroughly recommend Cozy Cottage.

Everything easy
The stay was my first long-term holiday and became almost too short for me despite the 9 weeks. The quarter, a small cottage in the garden of the hosts, is located in pleasant surroundings, is very well maintained and clean. The hosts Silke and Uwe are totally nice and uncomplicated. Thanks for the good time - everything easy!
