They are all in the same newly built residential complex with communal pool and just 50 meters from the sandy beach of Cala Molins. This house is complete with modern furnishings and the kitchen is fully equipped. This house offers 1 double and 2 single bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms only. 1 complete bathroom and 1 toilet. Shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants can be easily reached on foot. Für uns war es das erste Mal Mallorca und es war einfach nur Wow. Der kleine Ort war perfekt, Strandnähe, ein Pool zum erfrischen und ruhig. Alles was man braucht hat man vor Ort.

C'est la seconde fois que nous louons cette maison. La propriété est d'une extrême propreté aussi bien intérieure qu'extérieure (jardin,piscine...).Le kit de survie des premiers jours est très apprécié (sel,huile d'olive, vinaigre,sucre,éponge,lavette,lessive,nettoyant lave-vaisselle...). Nous recommandons cet endroit pour sa qualité,son calme, son environnement.
