Glazed doors also lead out onto a private balcony terrace, for an effortless summertime flow. The 2-storey residence offers communal access to a sunny landscaped garden with two outdoor swimming pools (open 15 May – 30 September / Kindly note wearing a swimming cap is mandatory). Public resident parking is also within easy reach, for guests bringing a car (just outside the residence)

The holiday home is located along ‘Via Valtenesi’ in Polpenazze del Garda, 3-7 minutes’ walk away from a local bus links and amenities (including a grocery shop, wine bar and authentic eateries. Culture fans will reach the local highlights of ‘Lucone di Polpezze’ archeological site (15 minutes’ walk), Soiano castle (4 minutes’ drive) and the Valtenesi Civic archaeological museum (12 minutes’ drive).

Also within easy driving distance, guests will reach the Lake Garda resorts of Manerba del Garda (10 minutes’ drive), Padenghe sul Garda (10 minutes), Desenzano del Garda (17 minutes), Sirmione (40 minutes) and the cosmopolitan city of Verona (52 minutes).
