Pros: location, parking, spacious room, beautiful building architecture, close to restaurants and attractions by car (approximately 10-15 mins drive). Cons: breakfast buffet limited, lack of inventory supplies, specially drinks with alcohol at the rooftop bar. Also, the rooms facilities details are missing, I.e, shower head not properly installed. Service staff needs training.

Worst hotel in my PR trip
AC is being managed by the employees, means you can't change temperature. You have to call the front desk and someone will do it for you. Small rooms Smell tobacco As this hotel has a casino, there is no designed parking for hotel guests. I had to park almost a block from the hotel

The room temperature was very cold 60, we asked to have them adjust it and they told us they can only turn down the fan due to humidity. The windows were leaking, we woke up and we had 1/2 water in the room. We believe the temperature was cold to mask the smell of the water in the ceiling and carpet. The Hotel was very noisy. We believe they recycled the leftover food and served it again for breakfast. House keeping started at 0630 waking us up that early using the vacuum.

Breakfast buffet needed more help and keeping up with items that were out to long and replacing foods. We went to Breakfast at 9, no scrambled eggs, no sausage links, potatoe wedges soft and stuck together, no cups for juice, no waffles, items were cold. .

The people and the location are great Unfortunately walls are thin and could hear the casino games all night l. Multiple Cars reving their engines late into the night 2am & 8am and vaccum cleaners in other rooms
