Convenient location with parking, close to town square. Bathroom is super tiny, they gave us a double bed even when we reserve a queen bed, not happy about that. Municipal employees started to work at 4:30 am rght next to the Hotel, very noisy.

Excellent location across from a historic town square. Charming hotel with character. Our room was just okay, but the rest of the hotel was great with a pool, restaurant, bar, and boutique shops. Stayed here during the island-wide blackout over New Years, but the hotel was up and running with generators. We were very grateful for comfortable accommodations during the blackout. Hotel staff, particularly the Manager, went above and beyond to assist guests. I highly recommend.

The bedroom curtains were water stained, the toilet was leaking, the bathroom lights flickering, the towels were old, thin and one had a hole. No safety rails in the tub, no rugs or extra towel for the bathroom floor. No mini fridge, ironing board, coffee make, safe or chair. No wifi signal in the bedrooms, only in the lobby. The elevator is slow, only holds two people at a time, so you have to use the stairs, but there are no lights in the stairwell, so it's hard to see the steps. We were very disappointed.

The lobby and common areas like the pool were in good condition. The stairs to the rooms needs light is too dark in the night. The room on the other hand had a smell, the carpet looked burned and dirty. The mattress needs to be changed because they are old and you can feel the springs. The bathroom needs a better shower curtain.

The conditions of the hotel are very bad. Water leaks, dirty rugs, no room service. Getting coffee at the hotel turned into a mission, I waited for about 20 min to be served just to find out the employee did not know how to use the coffee machine. paid for late checkout but I left as soon as I got up.
