The good: Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, service was great, laundry service was available and affordable, and in the room there were USB charging ports *and* a universal outlet, so any plug or charger from anywhere could be used without an adapter. I wish all hotels had this!!
The bad: the walls were paper thin. So thin that I could hear my neighbours speaking on the phone (both sides of the conversation), snoring, and... other things. There are even signs in the room to notify guests that silence is required after 11pm, so it’s clear they know how easily every sound transfers between rooms.
