Great location - oceanfront and short walking distance to the town of Ponta Delgada The room was in good condition and clean. The decor in the room and lobby was upscale. Nice ambiance and great food in the hotel restaurants. Also the staff were friendly and very helpful. Would stay here again.

Great hotel in decent and quiet location. Room was nice, if not somewhat tight for 3 people. Staff were helpful and courteous and reception and lounge areas pleasant. Welcome and mid-trip treats and nightly chocolate and turn-down service were nice touches. Room amenities replaced regularly. Included breakfast was good quality and staff very attentive. Pool and gym were closed for renovation which was a little disappointing, but we were able to access the amenities at the sister hotel next door. Overall, a good quality hotel in a good location.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared upon arrival. I especially appreciated the little desserts left in the room — such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! The hotel from the second we walked in was amazing. The staff, the room, the restaurant and bar everything was not only great, but exceptional. Everything was clean. The rooms are very nice and have all the amenities you could want. All of the staff are amazing and anyone staying there would be lucky. The dinner was amazing and staff were very attentive. The breakfast buffet was also great with a large selection of food and drinks. If we ever go back to the Azores, this will be the hotel we are staying at. We will also be recommending the hotel to any of our friends/family who travel there. I wish I could give the staff a 10/5 rating.

Amazing location! We felt like royalty staying here! The staff are very friendly and professional, and there was all kinds of little perks we didn't expect, like turndown service, a complementary pastry and drink tray and amazingly comfortable rooms.
