Confirmed reservation one week before, but when I arrived they told me only one room was available. They told me I could get my second room on a different floor. I said I wanted a discount. They made me show my email confirmation. After a long wait, a supervisor was called and I got the rooms I reserved, but not adjoining. No discount and no apology for the very long wait and not holding the rooms I reserved. Would not recommend this hotel!

Great hotel and staff. No complaints other than a minor one at night somewhere in the area is very loud music till passed midnight and from room 305 you can hear it. Closing the patio door helps but then it gets stuffy. Other than that minor issue everything was wonderful. We used the vallet service to park and was well worth it. Free breakfast fantastic pool very nice
