Il grande terrazzo la tranquillità, sono fra i punti di forza della nostra casa, qui potrete godere del vostro relax in campagna sebbene a pochi passi dal mare che dista circa 1,5 km d'auto.
Comodissimo per chi vuole visitare Paestum, Napoles e la Costiera Amalfitana. Fuori città, molto tranquillo ma vicino al mare e agli acqua-park della zona.
Per il Periodo invernale è possibile acquistare in loco la legna.
Essendo un servizio a consumo, se richiesto consigliamo di effettuare una richiesta al proprietario.
Di base il costo sono 15 euro per 15 kg di Legna
I ristoranti più vicini ed il mini market sono a circa 700 mt
mentre la stazione ferroviaria ed il centro del paese circa 1km
