The apartment has one large double bedroom and a good size twin room. The lounge/diner offers ample seating for relaxing and dining also with a enclosed balcony. Off road parking is included (strictly for one car).On road parking is subject to a charge during the peak season which runs from 1 March to 31 October each year. The parking tariff is charged between 8am and 6pm at £1.50 per hour and then after four hours an all-day rate of £10 applies. There are no charges after 6pm at any time of the year and it remains free to park between November and February all day too. Complimentary WIFI and x1 cot and x1 highchair stored at the property, additional available at a surcharge.
COVID-19 UPDATE: Cleaning is done as normal, as an exception to our ECO policies, we will use cleaning products containing disinfectants. Linen and towels are always washed at a minimum of 60 degrees.

Security Deposit Refundable deposit for the amount of £225.00 is taken with your balance payment; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A TRANSACTION in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are refunded within 5 days after your departure. It will take 5-7 working days to clear back into your account (time dependable on your bank)
