Whangaehu beach, a quiet East coast settlement is renowned for it's natural reef and good fishing, plus plenty of paua and crayfish. Our bach is the perfect place to unmind, away from distractions and to recharge the batteries.
The large section is fully fenced with plenty of room to play cricket or games. The deck extends out from the main living room, providing a good flow and a wonderful sea view. The beach and reserve are 400 metres away - an easy stroll.
There are three bedrooms in the house. Two with double beds and the other has two sets of single bunks. There are two toilets, one shower and a washing machine. There is extra sleeping in the detached bunk room.
The area provides plenty of opportunities for things to do. The beach is safe for swimming, within the bay. A lagoon provides a safe spot for children to play or to kayak in. The reef at low tides is abundant with sea life: great for fossicking or walking along the coastline. Snorkling is possible with kinas, paua and crayfish abundant.
