We absolutely LOVED our stay! The staff were fantastic! Our room was spacious and comfortable. The ONLY thing that we found only slightly excessive was the pet fee. Non refundable $20 per day booked per pet. But I also understand that some folks don’t clean up after their fur babies, and repeat offenders will ruin it for the rest of us. I would recommend this resort to ANYONE coming to the peninsula!

The price paid for the room is a good value. Generally, the room was fairly clean. The hotel is an older property and like properties on a beach, it has wear and tear from people and the salt air, but a fairly well kept property. There was not always someone at the front desk and you had to ring the bell to get someone there, so patience in that area is advised. Don't get a room by the mechanical room. Loud noises early in the morning that sound like a pump kicking in. The pool area was clean and well kept.
