Book Port Dickson hotels

Booking done incorrectly, staff was incompetent to correct. Had to re-book cause they couldn’t fix now I have extra room paid for a stay I have to fight for a refund from Orbitz. Unfair and inconvenient that should have been an easy fix at check in.

I checked in and my bed side Lamp was not working. Had to call housekeeping. No hot water to bathe until I checked out two days later. When I checked in, it was 10 pm and raining. I had no help to get to my room which was in a jungle and me dragging my bag into a dark unknown. I hated it. All wet and tired. No onceirge….? Toilet paper nil. Tissue paper nil. Very scarce and basic amenities. Considering i paid for premium water front chalet. Absolute let down. Will not stay again.

Best way to end 2024 and welcome 2025. Most relaxing vacation and stargazing at night was an awesome experience. Pool in the villa is just nice for everyday dip and aqua aerobics. Great hospitality of the hotel, inviting us for a NY’s eve cocktails at the Wave Dining restaurant. We will be back again.

If only they can change the beddings that are obviously aged more than a decade or two, it would be a more pleasant stay because the management should know well that a good night’s sleep is the utmost priority to guests. All the facilities in this resort show signs of aging but you can feel that the maintenance team has worked tirelessly to make sure all the old items still function well - and yes they do, amazingly, especially the A/C. With that being said plus the competitive pricing which includes a spacious apartment, sufficient local breakfast buffet and unbeatable sea view with the sound of the waves because the resort is really right by the beach, I think this resort can definitely serve the visitors better in the future with possible renovation that takes place little by little.
