The food here is really one of the best I’ve ever had. You need to order the Lamb Chops and the $16 Pizza on Thursday nights it was amazing. Our room was fairly clean except for a couple of the pillows towards the back of the bed that had some mysterious chilli flakes and the jets of the bathtub looked a bit rusty. Everything else was great especially our balcony view of the mountains and pond. Customer service here is exceptional and everyone was really friendly. The swimming pool was a bit shallow for our liking but we still enjoyed the pool, sauna and the spa. The grounds were very quiet and no one was making a lot of noise. Was a fabulous place to get away and we really enjoyed our stay.

Had a fabulous stay this place never disappoints, one gripe & it’s just a small one is the buffet breakfast had a cost of $30 pp, this didn’t include a coffe machine it was instant coffe! If you wanted a cap/latte or filtered coffee you had to pay extra, for $30 pp I would expect a coffee machine coffee.

The Country Club was fantastic to stay at. Our apartment was on the second story, with beautiful views of the golf course and surrounding hills. The room was large and spacious, modern, clean and well presented. Felt like luxury with comfortable bed, spa bath and large soft towels. Close enough to town for convenience, but far enough to feel secluded and enjoy the peacefulness. Would gladly stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at McCracken to celebrate a special birthday. Our room was large & very clean. The location of the property is very convenient when travelling either into Victor Harbour or further afield.

It is conveniently located on an excellent golf course. It has an indoor heated pool and spa. The location makes it convenient to visit the local tourist attractions including good swimming and surfing beaches and wineries. There is a very good bistro serving breakfast lunch and dinner. The rooms are a good size and the staff are excellent.

It's comfortable but is a bit dated. The room and pool area would benefit from an overhaul. The staff were friendly and the evening food good. The bar man from Fife was great and helped with the wine selection.
