Staff when I registered was kind and welcoming-very helpful. Although the carpet still had a cigarette smell, the room appeared clean. Appreciated how welcome our pup was.

Was disappointed that housekeeping was not a daily service as in most other hotels I've stayed at, even moderately-priced ones. What I get from a hotel is not just a place to stay, but also the pleasure of having someone else do the chores that I usually have to do myself. It is a delight to return to my room and find that the bed is neatly made and the whole room is freshly clean and tidy. I would happily pay a little more for daily housekeeping.

Hotel requires a refresh, but bed was comfortable and staff were friendly & helpful. The hotel also requires a set of stairs to/from the lobby. Lots of walking required to/from the 2nd floor. The location is convenient.

Our room was smelly and rundown. The carpets and couch hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. The breakfast room had inadequate tables and chairs. The staff were friendly but seemed overworked.

Amazing staff that are respectful, professional and very friendly and upbeat. Our only suggestion is to have a larger breakfast area with hot items, such as scrambled eggs, or perhaps bring in a waffle making machine. The current usage hot boiled eggs that come packaged in brine is simply not acceptable, and we believe guests deserve better, healtbier options

Good location with easy access to various dining facilities and shopping plazas. Clean and convenient; not far from a major highway, conveniently close to Lunenburg, plus there is a nice "rail-trail" a kilometre or two away from the hotel.

It is very noisy in the building with slamming doors. There happened to be a large truck event and children’s ball tournament on when we were there. The staff is amazing and the place is clean.
