The front desk service is the worst that I have ever experienced in my 50 years of traveling, and that includes motels in small remote towns! I arrived at 4 PM, you have to pick up a phone in the entranceway and call the number to get them to open the door. When you step into the lobby, the rolldown privacy door is closed to the reception desk. You have to stand there and wait for them to open it. The check itself was easy After you initial and sign all the paperwork, which of us unusual. I got up to the room and the TV wasn’t working, there’s no phone in the room to call the front desk so I had to call from the outside using my cell phone. The girl at the front desk was not very accommodating at all. I could hardly hear her, so I went back downstairs to the lobby with the privacy door has been closed again. I knocked on it and knocked and knocked and no one answered so I had to go back out of the building and tried calling from the phone to have her tell me that there was nothing she could do about the TV , she never once rolled up the window to speak to me face-to-face like a normal human being. I have never stayed any place where they treat their customers in such a manner.
The beds are extremely noisy every time you move. There is no ice in the building. The only thing this place has going for it is that it’s only been open for a few months so everything is new.
