Visit Port Victoria and stay in our beautifully renovated, 2-bedroom holiday unit centrally located to all that the area has to offer.
The unit is fully equipped with an open living area and has it's own private outdoor barbecue area.
For those fishing, there is plenty of off-street parking for your boat and there is a well-equipped fish cleaning station that also includes lockable freezers to store your bait and catch.
The space
Open plan living area with lounge, dining, and well-equipped full-sized kitchen. Includes 40in smart tv (with USB & HDMI), board games and complimentary WiFi for guests.
There is a well-equipped kitchen with an electric stove and oven, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, espresso coffee percolator and medium sized fridge/freezer.
There is split system reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living area, with ceiling fans in the master bedroom and living area.
The bathroom is spacious with shower, vanity, and toilet.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with storage and the second bedroom has a bunk (2 singles) bed. Pillows, quilts, and blankets are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bathmats) with them for their stay. Linen hire is available, please let me know if required.
Outside the front of the unit under the main veranda there are two chairs and small table to enjoy your coffee in the morning. The unit has its own private barbecue area with hooded gas barbecue and outdoor dining setting.
In the grounds there are laundry facilities which are shared by all three units, with a top load washing machine.
There is a shared fish cleaning station with each unit having their own freezer to store bait and their catch.
Guest access
This unit is within a group of 3 units. Each unit has exclusive use of the outdoor space adjacent to their unit, which is clearly identified within the property information and is private use for guests of that specific unit during their stay. The driveway, laundry and fish cleaning area is a shared space between all three units.
There is off-street parking for 1 car in front of the unit, and boat parking available for 1 boat per booking. The off-street driveway is shared by all three units in the accommodation complex.
Other things to note
Please note that you will need to bring you own linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bathmats). Linen hire is available, please let me know if required.
Units can also be booked together if you have a large group - please refer to other listing on AirBnB or let us if of interest.
