We had to ask to move rooms. This was due to the entire window wall being mouldy up to about 60cm from the floor. I do not understand how this could have been overlooked as it takes time to build up to that degree. As we ALL should know, mould is a serious health hazard. This is a serious oversight by you.
It's an older hotel. The management does an excellent job of keeping the property up, but IHG should invest some money in this location. It was super convenient for the meetings I had, but I would probably choose a newer hotel for my next visit.
The hotel staff very welcoming had to wait for rooms as not quite ready but cold drinks available when we arrived we were on first floor but unfortunately no lift but a young gentleman was on hand to carry my luggage up stairs to my room very clean fridge also with water inside very happy with that we had meals in evening very good
Not great to be honest, Room was very tired. TV was not working . Fire alarm was set off at 120am, we all evacuated to the car park , not a staff member in site, was waiting for 20 mins , before alarm stopped and we all went back in
It was almost like going back in time to the 80's. But it was clean and pleasant. Welcoming and nice.
Easily accessible to the M4 and walking distance to ICC.
This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and we had a lovely time. The room was immaculate, the staff are great and the food is fabulous. Will definitely rebook in the future.
