Super comfy beds, brilliant sleep!

Group of 5 for a business trip with lots of luggage to store. Reception staff were brilliant handling our large amount of luggage we needed to store and have access to. The beds were absolutely dreamy, one of the best nights sleeps I have had in a while… like sleeping in a cloud! I would definitely stay here again. Only thing they could have done better was to have an airport transfer service/recommendation for large groups, this would have topped off a brilliant stay.

It was fine. Beds weren’t very comfortable. Tho Go I’ve slept on worse. Parking offered was only valet so we found our own cheaper option.

Great customer service, we felt very welcomed at this hotel, Valet was easy and handled our car perfectly fine. We also liked the available self serve breakfast. The rooms were great quality and very modern and up to date. I really liked the shower and bench in our room so we could sit or put our luggage on. We were also able to do early check in and luggage storage service at no extra cost. I would definitely stay here again. It's very central to where we needed to go to in Portland.

Service was great at the front desk and valet. Just no menu or WIFI password or booklet/pamphlet in room or on the TV with restaurant menus-fist time I’ve experienced that. Table by bed was sticky and dirty. Phone did not call to front desk so I used my cell. A little noisy when others open and shut their doors but otherwise okay. Beds comfy-are they really queen size though? They look like doubles. Rest of room was clean and bed comfy. $49 for one night of parking is pretty steep but didn’t want to park on the street.

I'm a former Portland resident and worked downtown for years, so I'm sympathetic with the city's struggles with downtown homeless. However that blight and the loss of so many downtown businesses is a sad handicap for a fine hotel like the AC Marriott -- an oasis in a gritty locale.

This is a great hotel in a good location with lots to do within walking distance. The only issue I had really was that there is zero way to move the air in the room. No opening windows and no fan. Not even in the bathroom. Also just be prepared for using a bathroom with a sliding door that doesn’t lock or provide much, if any privacy.

Perfect for downtown Portland exploration

Great hotel!

We had a greet experience, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have trouble with parking, but it is street parking! We will be staying everytime we’re in Portland!
