Room was dirty
Check in was easy and front desk staff Omar was pleasant. We arrived to our room and it smelled awful, the bed looked like it had been slept in, there was mold by the windows, something white all over one of the chairs and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in quite sometime. We didn't stay. We found another hotel close by to stay in.

There were cockroaches in the room, the towels had poop stains on them, and the bedsheets had hair on them. The shower was also dirty with a lot of hair left over on the walls from the previous person who stayed there...

Phenomenal breakfast room service
The breakfast service was phenomenal. The attendant even took everyone’s plates when they were done. He provided excellent customer service! That is rare today.

The pictures on the site make it look larger than it is. The room was very small, bathroom was small. There wasn’t a closet just a rack on the wall. TV was small and on a very low dresser hard to watch unless you were sitting up.

Luxury price for a sub par hotel
This hotel was far too expensive, it is tired and run down. The bathtub was dirty and peeling, the bathroom was the size of a closet and none of the side or back doors worked. The employees were great though.
