So the whole place was amazing but the porches were so dirty and full of cobwebs and needed cleaned daily was very disappointed the whole place was clean we had to clean the porch to use it so for that I can’t even give a good review and may never stay there again or refer anyone to there till something gets better

We're a couple of old people and one chair wasn't enough and they were kind enough to supply us with another. Nothing but friendly people work here.

Room was in the basement hallways cluttered and carpet dirty. Ice machine close to room was broken. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and enjoyed my stay was very disappointed with this stay. Musty order in room.

We checked in late, had a quick (expensive) cocktail at the lobby bar, showered and crawled into bed. When I woke up the next morning, I noticed there were blood stains on the top sheet of my bed. I WAS NOT FROM ME! I hadn't noticed them the night before but if I had, I would have requested a different room. Upon check out, I informed the manager of the problem. I had taken pictures for proof. Because we had booked through Expedia, she was unable to give me a total refund. She did refund part of my bill related to surcharge or something. I felt that I should have been better compensated for the health hazard and uncleanliness of my bed.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the incredible staff here! They went above and beyond to ensure our family had a lovely stay after a long drive. Koki is an outstanding member of your team and deserves the highest accolades for his warmth and obvious passion for customer service. The only good thing in this place is the outdoor pool and hot tub. This place is dirty and could use an upgrade.

Hotel is in a sketchy neighborhood, across from a dispensary. Hotel is also underneath the flight path of PDX so very noisy. Hotel also charges a facility of $17.40 where the property information does not mention. You can't control the temperture of room. The only good thing about this hotel property is the size of the room.
