The check in process was very easy and there was plenty of parking in the underground lot. We had no issues during our stay and every interaction with staff was pleasant. Looking forward to coming back again sometime.

The rooms lack furniture and feel unfurnished. Also, because of this, the room suffers from a lot of echoes and amplifies the noise from outside. Combined that with traffic noise, the light rail and construction, don’t expect a good night’s sleep.

Really enjoyed our stay here.... I was going to give it 4 stars because the rooms are extremely extremely modern in décor and not my taste but that's not the hotels fault. Its close to the arts district so I understand. Staff was awesome and the refresh of the rooms on a daily basis was superb!!! Extremely clean and lobby bar has great beer/drinks and Starbucks in the main lobby was nice. Definitely recommend.. stayed 4 nights 5 days.
