Staff were nice. Pool needs a deep clean. Room had hair in the bathroom and on the bed upon check in. Breakfast was good. Cool drink tickets provided for the bar upon check in. Overall the hotel was clean. Decent reasonably priced place to stay.

No one greater us, we waited over 20 minutes for someone to even come out to check us in. They charged us more after we checked in. The hotel always smelled bad or like kitty litter. The security guard followed us around and took pictures of us. Made us feel uncomfortable. They barely had anything for the breakfast that was provided.

I travel up for a car meet every year. The area around the PIR is a disaster. This hotel was a serene safe place, and nearby to the track. I felt my car was safe, behind a gated fence, and with a security guard 24/7. Bar and restaurant were reasonable and very nice. It's my hotel of choice as of now. Stay there. It's good. I've traveled for a living for 40 years and tend to be very critical of hotels, if that tells you anything.

I was traveling with my family the bed was hard as a brick and very uncomfortable, when we opened the hide a bed couch for our kids to sleep there were "yellow stains" on the bedspread / mattress protector. I went downstairs informed Hotel staff, she looked at me like i was maki g it up so i asked her if she wanted to see the picture i took of it then she said she would have someone come change it. It took them several hours before having someone come to the room, when they came to the room they literally taped the door once and walked away I didn't have time to even walk through the room before they put them down on the dirty ground and walked off. I just stuck my head out the door and said uuuuuh thanks. We were given a complimentary drink and meal ticket from the front desk that was expired the day beforehand so the bartender would not even accept that I've stayed at several Oxford Suites and this one by far is the worst I've ever been to I will never stay at this location again

close to everything
Close and convenient to the freeway for all of your Portland and Vancouver adventures. There is a full shopping center minutes away on the island. Great walking in the residential neighborhoods behind the hotel.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, the best part was the free alcohol drink and snack for the evening and the breakfast. It’s probably one of the best breakfast i had in a while, they made the omelette fresh for you and fresh cut up fruits for yogurt. The bar and cook staff customer could be better, left like they didn’t like their job.

Very clean. Everyone was friendly. The breakfast was disappointing. Limited juice selection, eggs were nothing special. Coffee was empty, pancakes were empty. We were there around 8:30 am. So I was surprised they were not keeping up with the demand. We were right next to the car wash so that was noisy. One elevator was down so there was quite a wait for the elevator. Probably will not stay there next time.
