Property itself is nice - pool, spa area, dining and rooftop lounge. Nice adjoining cafe and market in the lobby. Room was standard. Staff are friendly. Our first night, someone vomited in the pool and they closed the entire area for the night. Vouchers were given for the lounge and many sincere apologies from staff. The valet experience was confusing and not great. I understand this is a third party company and not the hotel but there is no where to really pull up for this service. Lots of cars with their hazards on for valet while parked on the actual road. Instead of causing more traffic, we parked on the street a few cars behind the actual valet area. We walked to the hotel entrance, was stopped by a valet while entering the hotel asking if we were in the right place. This question was a bit odd to me. We proceeded to check in and then drove the car up to valet. The same person asked if we were checking in, let them know we did already, and they walked away and didn't help further. My hubby had to ask someone else for service. On top of this experience, you will be waiting more than 10 mins for your car to be brought around once calling for it. The valet company was really the only downside to our stay.

The property was centrally located to restaurants as well as shopping. The staff was welcoming, rooms were clean. Loved the breakfast/coffee store they have. The staff was so sweet and kind. I will definitely be revisiting when i come back to Portland.

James at the breakfast restaurant was great. However, it is very misleading on the website that I paid $20 for breakfast. This was not the case. The $20 that I added onto my room price was just a prepayment for breakfast. Both room service and the restaurants add an additional 10% service charge an additional 15% tip included. I do not think this is fair. Because of this, I will not stay this hotel anymore It’s too bad, cause I really do like the rooftop.

I was not impressed, we booked a Deluxe King with a partial view of the riv er. We got a regular 2 queen room with a view of a roof. The girl gave us drink coupons but we dont drink so that did us no good. We went to dinner in the restaurant and they were short staffed, only one server. Our server and the food was amazing. We then were on our way to the pool and they closed it. I understand things happen and the girl at the desk asked what she could do to fix it, i responded that it wasnt my job to tell her how to fix it so she decided to do nothing. I will not return.
