We had arrived at the house and the check in code we were given had to be wrong… we were outside for over an hour. communication with the owner was good until i needed help checking in. i called over 15 times and didn’t get an answer until we got our way inside. I was told they had no service and couldn’t answer but last time i remember if u have no service the call will go straight to voicemail and it was dialing all the way thru the 20 times i called. Really weird.Once inside everything else was unlocked, windows, back door, everything except the front. Bathroom door locks if you close it all the way so make sure u have somebody to save u. No lock on the back sliding door is weird but i put logs to block it. This house wasn’t worth the money honestly. really weird and sketchy. luckily i wasn’t doing anything important but if i was giving me an invalid code and not responding is not a good look.

Lovely home ! Would stay again
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was nicely stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, extra blankets, and lots of towels ! They were very upfront with the check in and out process which is often not the case. I also left something valuable behind and they were quick to respond to ship it to my home. We travel A LOT for sports and book 6 or 7 VRBOS a year so we appreciate a clean and comfortable home with wonderful hosts

The overall stay was great. The house was big enough for my family! The communication with the host was great and he addressed the questions we had super fast! I will be saving this home in my favorites for sure!!

Such a beautiful home! I had a gathering for my birthday and this home had such great space for everyone. There were plenty of towels, outside seating and the pool was so much fun!

Tried to check in at 3:00pm as the email I still have stated. Cleaner was still there, we had to wait 15 min. to go in. As we were waiting, things were left undone. Unwashed sheets were stuffed in cupboard; laundry was left running that we had to take care of. No laundry soap to be had. A bar of soap was left used with hair on it in one of the drawers in the bathroom. We were not told until the day of arrival at 10:00am in an email that the pool was not heated and would be an extra charge of $150.00 to have it heated. I immediately paid and was told it would be turned on then, in reality it was set on an auto timer that did not come on till 8:30 pm that night. So, the pool was not heated the first day and we were made to feel that this was our fault as I quote "most guests tell them prior to coming to heat it". This would be a fine policy, but I and my daughter scoured the site we rented from to see if we missed it, we did not and as it takes at least a day for the pool to get warm we were only able to enjoy warm water for a total of 20 minutes for that $150.00. You might not want to get in the pool if you are not agile enough to get out as there are no stairs. It may seem like it is nitpicking, but I have refrained from mentioning everything and the only reason I have said anything now is because I have only ever received excellent service & cleanliness prior to this from the homeowners. We may have to reconsider who we book thru in future.
