Great beds and rooms. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Super convenient to grocery stores and the marathon (which is why we stayed there) and handy for buses downtown. Pool was outstanding with ocean view. Good value!

The Loacation is Amazing!
The loacation is amazing! Nice hotel and the bed was very comfortable. That said, they definately have room for improvement. Breakfast area was very disorganized and the employees appreared very overwhelmed. And the layout of our room was much different than the photos online and did not make sense. The TV block our amazing view of the river, which was very disappointing.

Praticidade terrível!
Hotel é novo, mas o atendimento deixa e desejar. Falta cordialidade principalmente na recepção. Por ser junto a um shopping o acesso é confuso. No nosso dia estava tendo uma maratona no entorno do hotel o que dificultou o acesso pela entrada principal. Tivemos que acessar pelo estacionamento e subir com as próprias bagagens pegando 2 elevadores o que foi cansativo ainda mais que temos filho de colo. No bar do hall o atendimento é lento e precário. Serviram um ovo mal cozido para nosso bebe. Pedimos pra trocar por bem cozido. Ao inves de fazer um ovo novo requentaram o ovo. Também no terraço do bar reservaram dois espaços para evento deixando um espaço muito pequeno para quem quisesse curtir a vista do hotel. E por fim meu ticket de estacionamento nao funcionou no check out e tive que peregrinar por 20 minutos até encontrar alguém. Mesmo sendo serviço de garagem terceirizado acredito que o hotel deixa a desejar pois quem passa o “perrengue” é o hóspede. Enfim, decepcionante. Não voltarei

Incrível! Participei da Maratona de Porto Alegre e o hotel fica a poucos metros da largada e chegada da prova. Vista muito linda do hotel para o Guaíba. Atendentes muito atenciosos. Ponto negativo foi a área do banheiro não ser fechada por uma porta.

Hotel está em uma ótima localização, bom acesso a shoppings e restaurantes. Deixou a desejar em relação a limpeza dos quartos e em relação ao café da manhã que ofereceram para os atletas que vieram para participar da 39 maratona internacional de Porto Alegre. Tentei falar com o gerente Edvando Costa e o supervisor Eduardo Gomes e ambos não atenderam..

Para um hotel 5 estrelas, deixa muito a desejar. Lixeiras não foram limpas, precisei de camareira a noite e não tinha, tive q arrumar a propria cama. Solicitei serviço pelo telefone, disseram q iriam mandar alguém, ninguém veio. Problemas que não deveriam acontecer neste tipo de hotel.
