The hotel is in a central part of Porto and we really enjoyed being close to everything. Very walkaboe area and close to public transportation. Room was big and comfortable bed. Would stay again

breakfast buffet was excellent and worth the price...accommodations were very clean and modern, although smaller room...staff was excellent...very convenient location if you make a left when you walk out the door...no real amenities, but you're not in your hotel so much, usually out walking the up and down the hills sightseeing...would recommend this property

This was a nice boutique hotel with friendly staff. Unfortunately we had one of the worst located rooms as there was a popular bar outside our window and the noise woke us up multiple times a night. While this is no fault of the hotel, we would’ve appreciated a heads up on the noise (as the rooms on the other side of the hotel would not have had the same noise impact).

Bolton Dismal Porto Stay
I booked a twin room with special notes to that effect. I was given a double room. The hotel manager blamed this on my booking whereas it was she that assigned the two rooms I had booked incorrectly. I subsequently learnt from a hotel receptionist that Twin rooms are not available to bookings not made directly through the hotel website. HOTELS.COM NEEDS TO CHANGE ITS ADVERTISING FOR THIS HOTEL TO REFLECT ONLY DOUBLE ROOMS AVAILABLE. Additionally I was overcharged at checkout for 2 breakfasts and one night of parking (Euro 44). After 10 days I am still waiting for a refund and I suspect I will not receive it

Modern, clean hotel. In a great area of the city for visiting key buildings and attractions, good breakfast, you will find restaurants and bars nearby. Remember Porto is a steep city and this hotel is up hill from river areas.

Not the hotel's fault. People partied in the streets until 3 am and roofers and construction during the day. But breakfast was great and the noise was mostly drowned out with windows closed.

Nice Hotel in Porto
The hotel was in a good location, near many restaurants/bars and also walking distance to the popular city sights. Our room was small but the design made good use of the space. (We really liked the bathroom design.) A breakfast buffet was available (for purchase), there was also an onsite bar (with drinks for purchase.) The hotel offered free snacks in the afternoon as well as free water in your room. There was construction near the hotel but we were able to be dropped off close to the entrance. The hotel also had a small rooftop with lots of chairs to sit and watch the city.
