Some reviews said small rooms. Ours was a twin and very spacious but when the cleaners were round and doors open we saw other twin rooms were smaller. But ours was great. Staff helpful and friendly. Lockers for €1 in reception also where you can also leave bags

The air conditioning unit needs to be checked.
The stay was good, but it wasn't the best of the three places I checked in. I loved the pin lock system for the doors, and the check-in process was smooth. However, the room never got cold, even when I set the AC to the maximum. I could hear the AC working, but it didn't blow cold air. The corridor was also warm.

Everybody was MOST helpful at the front desk. Everyone spoke perfect English so it was easy. Taxi calls were on time as wete the wake-up calls. Great location. Will stay again and will call directly.

This hotel is in the perfect location for seeing all of the sites in Porto. It is also extremely clean and very quiet. Would highly recommend.

Well located and clean
The location is fabulous. The room we had was on the fourth floor, which is behind the hotel facade, which meant the room was dark. I would avoid the fourth floor. The breakfast was good and the hotel is very clean.

The property and rooms are nicely updated and we loved the pin code option on the door instead of a key card. A major plus was having a fresh, cold water fountain on each floor. The old movie theme was fun and our room overlooked the interior garden. We were appreciative of the AC in the room and the breakfast included. They also have flight details and a bag weigh station in the lobby. Would stay again. The location was great!

This is somewhat of a business type hotel. The rooms are smaller, but well maintained and very nice. The property is centrally located in Porto and one can walk to most venues. There are many restaurants very close by and the staff will make recommendations and arrange a reservation for you.

Convenient location in this lovely city. Hotel is very much like a Premier Inn. Rooms are fine if a bit small and lacking much storage space but doesnt really matter as you are there for the city not the room. Buffet breakfast was very good. Staff friendly and helpful.

The room had a very musty smell - the various front staff during our stay hardly smiled - during our four day stay, every time we went outside of the hotel or came inside the hotel, there were inebriated people just outside the hotel door - some days they were arguing l, pushing and shoving each other also - the breakfast lady was polite - however if you are a diabetic, you will have nothing to eat - no eggs even - I needed to go outside to eat breakfast given I could not eat nothing - the fresh orange juice maker was the only highlight - there are two coffee makers, one never worked so there were long lines every day for coffee - given the price paid this hotel, sadly, was a huge disappointment.
