Amazing view from our balcony! Breakfast with wide variety of fresh baked pastries, fresh squeezed juices, cappuccino/espresso/coffee choices, cheeses and prosciutto, fresh eggs and fresh fruit selections. Gracious, welcoming, friendly, helpful staff. Bikes to borrow for the day/hour! Didn’t have kiddos with us but there were lots around and were well accommodated. Staff appeared to speak a variety of languages incl English, at least one spoke French, Spanish.

Great location overlooking Douro River. Spacious rooms and loved hanging around later in the evenings on roof top cafe. Hotel is very clean and sustainable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance to riverfront promenade.

New, modern hotel overlooking the river. There's a upper level bar with great views. It's a little bit of a walk (10min) to get the the center of town, but the advantage is the area around the hotel is very peaceful. They have bicycles for use (free). We had a great time there.

Neya Porto Hotel was the perfect location for our visit to Porto. It was conveniently located and was not directly impacted by the daily traffic associated with Porto. In one word i liked EVERTHINGabout this hotel. The staffs very extremely friendly and helpful. They had provided me a bottle of champagne and cake on the day of my birthday and made me feel extram special. The time I had at Neya in Porto will forever remain in my heart.
