Amazing stay!
The apartament is in a small building super close to the main hotel. Location couldn’t be better for visiting Porto. The apartament was small but super clean, beautiful and practical. The view was superb!!!

Room was spacious, kitchenette handy and location excellent. But we were 3 teens and a parent for 3 nights and had no housekeeping. No bins emptied, no fresh towels, no toilet paper etc. There was a sign informing that housekeeping only happens after 3 nights (we only stayed 3 nights) and you can request it but it will cost you €25. We had to leave the building and walk down the road to the reception to ask for supplies. Unfortunately I can’t recommend based on this issue but if the hotel changes this policy I would stay again.

The location was great, and facilities were great -- if they were fully functional, but I had some difficulty. Fridge, stove top, microwave, toaster and espresso maker. Nicely laid out bathroom; lots of room and a table to eat at. The espresso machine was very difficult to work. Sometimes it did, sometimes it didn't and there were no instructions The A/C would not stay set to the temp I set it to. At least 2x each night I would have to get up and reset it as it was getting hot in the room. Again, no instructions on how to set it. The sugar was like a brick -- very difficult to use for coffee. I tried to call reception to find out how to use the espresso machine and no one answered. When I checked in, they made me wait behind someone who was using their phone, and would not deal with me until this woman talking about her tour with someone was done. ????? Could have used a couple more electric sockets. I had to unplug a lamp and the espresso machine to charge my computer and my phone. There were no unused sockets. The kitchen light was motion activated, and kept turning on and off -- even when I was washing dishes!!

There were some dust buns behind the door in the room. Otherwise, room was well located to riviera. Easy walk. I enjoyed my morning walk..

Outstanding location and a great suite. Abosolutely perfect. 2 minor issues in our suite were: Air Conditioning was turned off. it wasn't too hot - we just needed to get rid of some of the humidity, but it was not operating. The other item was on the 2nd day, the hot water wasn't very hot, and so we had to have accept a "cool shower" in the morning. Overall I would definitely recommend this place!

The location and property were excellent. I had difficultly with the check in. There is a sign on the door that says check in is a different location. I walked around looking for it and asked several people who did not know. It would be helpful to draw an arrow on this sign in the door in the direction of the river. Once i was inside the building i saw a sign with an arrow but this was not visible on the outside of the glass.

Needed a place to stay before starting the Camino and absolutely loved the location. The apartment was spacious and clean but did not spend much time there as so much to explore all around you. Would highly recommend for any traveller visiting Porto and hope to return.
