Amazing hotel!!! We will stay here again next time we’re in Porto! The staff, especially Rui, is one of the kindest nicest people! Location is superb! Quiet but so close to everything! It’s across the street from a Michelin-star restaurant. Restaurant called Traca a few steps away is soooo good!! Look for Andrea!

When I asked about possibility of changing rooms, I was told all were taken. That I understand. AND that next time we should book directly with the hotel, not use Expedia. Breakfast was great, shower and bed were fine. Not a drawer in the place! Four nights with no place to put undies, socks, etc. We got instant coffee pkgs., others got Nespresso. 😳. This is a great location, short walk to many attractions. Hotel has charm and character. We were able to spend a few nights in Room 105. We overlooked the little square and could sit and enjoy the music from the little balconies (3). Lots of activity, restaurants, bars and stores outside or within a few minutes walking. Just remember Porto has lots of hills.

Nicely renovated hotel and restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location on a small plaza walking distance to river and historical center of Porto. Lots of construction going on near the hotel.
