Very fun and youthful ambiance. The reason I only gave it a 4 is that the rooms are extraordinarily tiny, with minimal storage. That said, for a short stay of a day or two, it is perfect. While the neighborhood could be quieter, once inside you do not notice it. The staff are especially helpful.

The staff was very attentive, really excellent. The breakfast was ho-hum, average at best. The room was weird. No separate bathroom, there were alcoves in the entry hall. The sink had a mirror only on the left, not facing me. That made it very difficult to shave. Even though the staff and location were great, I would not stay there again.

This was a great vacation, the hotel is in the ideal spot for site seeing and the reception staff are incredible, perhaps the best we have ever come across, organising trips and meals and making great suggestions. Porto is not a return visit location as a long weekend enables you to see all the major sites but if we ever did go back we would chose this hotel again.

The hotel is quiet, and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The location is great for seeing the main sites in Porto. The downside is the amount of tourists. But if you want to stay in the Ribeira district, this is the hotel you will want!

The location is great and walking distance to all the main shopping, restaurants and historical sights. You are also blocks away from the bridge to Gaia (wine and food area). Starbucks is right next door too. The room itself is different but still nice. The room doesn’t have doors separating the shower/ sink area from the room just a door for the restroom. There was a sitting area with its own tv and a tv where the bed is. The bed was pretty comfortable and the room has a smaller mini refrig too. All in all nice room but maybe a bit pricey for what you got.

Adorable and quirky modern decor that was refreshing. Great location directly across from the cathedral. Good walk ability to shops, restaurants and sites to see. Front desk staff were very personable and helpful with directions and insights. Room was great except that I seemed to have a lot of road noise in my room which disrupted my sleep. The breakfast buffet is good. Would definitely stay here again.
