Apartment and any Hostwise property - never again.
Safety alert: access to apt is by elevator directly in to apt on the 4th floor. Emerg. exit door (in case of power outage or fire) opens by key only. We pitched a fit to get a key. Hostwise said they made an exception for us. Yikes!Codes and access instructions - day of only and not directly in app or email. URL in app, but not an active link, app doesn't allow copying to paste URL to a browser requiring lots of guessing to determine actual characters (...l00?). Zero operating instructions in the apt. Quite a list of issues sent to Hostwise - ignored for 5 days before WE inquired again: very noisy heater and bath fan, which resolved on their own after a few days (then LR heater quit 1 week in, took 2 days to fix - response assumed we couldn't work the remote); water pressure oscillating every few seconds; very poor lighting, none over dining table, no lamps, a strain to read a book; defective microwave that only turned off on it's own occasionally; Netfix? Only if you have the app on your devices and get login credentials from owner; cookware and dishes a hodgepodge - no spatula to fry eggs, 3 total dinner plates, 3 wine glasses, 1 cracked, very dull knives, etc, etc. Kitchen counter only viable eating area with light, but metal stripping on floor there dangerous due to sharp and pointy edges everywhere. Igor was their English speaking contact - he was GREAT! Apt location good, but not worth it, even for a few days, with all the issues and poor office manager responses.
