The hotel was very conveniently located about 1-1/2 blocks away from the Tridade metro train station, however I didn't take the metro while there because I wanted to explore the city by foot. The hotel was very near the main road where all the shopping/ restaurants/ wine bars were located. It was about a 16 minute walk to the Dom Luis bridge but be prepared to walk many hills back to the hotel. The room itself was very nice and the hotel facilities: gym, dining restaurant, roof top bar were excellent.

It was a safe, quiet place with easy access to downtown via metro. The restaurant was very good also, but the buffet breakfast was a little lacking in choices.

I stayed at the hotel during my recent one night solo trip to Porto. The hotel is beautiful, artsy and very efficient & modern. The staff at the frontdesk were very helpful and were a delight. The hotel was a few minutes walking distant from the city center, but in rather quiter area - which was perfect for good night sleep. There is close metro service and there are some delightful smaller cafes close to it.
