I was amazed that we'd rented an apartment but the property was run as a hotel. We had front desk, services, help with tourism, housekeeping and so much more. Everyone was accommodating, polite, and helpful. I'd never stayed in a place quite like it, but I certainly would stay again. I didn't like the washer/dryer unit for laundry, but it did work, and I wasn't expecting it; so it was all great. One of my most enjoyable trips ever.

One of our favourite accommodations from our honeymoon! Staff were lovely and welcoming. Our spacious unit offered a kitchen, beautiful high ceilings and large windows which opened to a picturesque view. Room was clean and very comfortable. Great location in the city centre. An excellent place to stay in Porto!

Great area to be in! Right in the heart of Porto. Hotel staff communicated everything we need to know about the apartment check in and check out requirements. Helpful with letting us know where to go what to do in that area. We only stayed two nights, but would definitely have stayed a few more nights! Clean and accommodating would highly recommend this apartment to stay.

If you didn’t know Porto was hilly before you went- after visiting you would!! The Hotel was really good with the apartment well equipped and spacious. Staff very helpful. Plenty of local restaurants- the market opposite the hotel is a great place to go to - food and wine!! We had a great stay - thanks

Everyone was so wonderful and helpful at the property. We could walk to the bridge, shopping, and several restaurants. We did not take an Uber while in town. The rooms were charming with an old world feel. The tall windows and doors, as well as the detail on the ceiling, were beautiful. However, the bathroom and kitchen were new, and the space was ample for two people. We will definitely book these accommodations again.

Brilliant communication. Outstanding location across the street from the Mercado do Balhão. Food and wine galore. Convenient to the Balhão Metro and São Bento rail station. Walkable to waterfront. The apartment was excellent - classically stylish. Quiet and comfortable. We will be back.

We really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was lovely and had plenty of room for the four of us. It was clean and very comfortable, with beautiful high ceilings. The apartments are basically run like a hotel, with a concierge service that was very helpful with tour and restaurant recommendations, and cleaning services also available. The famous Mercado is located literally right across the street, and there are also two grocery stores within a block. Walking to the more touristy sections of Porto only takes 10-15 minutes. Bolts/Ubers are also readily available and are extremely reasonable. A couple of times we took them late in the evening from the waterfront back to the apartment for approximately 5 Euros. We would definitely recommend both this property and YOUR OPO as the owner/operator.

We had a great stay at this amazing property in the lovely market area of Bolhao. The appartment is beautiful and furnished to a very high standard. Comfy bed wonderful kitchen and good bathroom with shower. The Youropo agents are very proactive friendly and keen to help. We would highly recommend this property and stay here next time in Porto which is an amazing city.

Great location near the metro station and market is directly across the street, along with famous Santa Catarina shopping street the next street over. Our unit had the kitchenette which also included a washing machine. A/C unit worked but a bit loud and also hard to get any cooler than 21-22celsius with the size of the room and height of ceiling. Overall great stay, great service and great location.

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, a short walk to the historic district. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made helpful recommendations for restaurants and things to do. They were also very responsive when we had an issue with the AC in our room! Would definitely recommend.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Porto. First the staff are kind and helpful. They really appear to like their job. Honestly they have been the nicest people we met in Portugal. Especially of note was Juliette, Luz, and Jhao. The apartment has everything you need from a washing machine, fridge, utensils and microwave. The bathroom is small, but efficient. The water is hook to an insta hot. Youvdo get some street noise if the windows are open, however, that didnt bother me. The bed was comfortable. A grocery store is located next door which is sos convenient. They have everything you need for a short stay. Pro tip of you need more coffee pods for the Espresso machine they sell many varieties at the store. Across the street is the Balhoa Market which is so convenient to get conviet h
