Lugar muito bom
Hotel bem localizado. Alguns detalhes nos levaram a não dar 5 estrelas, tais como, mesa de sinuca que está precisando de uma reforma urgente. As escadas que dão acesso aos quartos superiores deveriam ter faixas antiderrapante, pois, quando chove fica muito lisa, inclusive, tomei um tombo. No geral um excelente Hotel.

A pousada é muito bonita e agradável mas precisa de manutenção nos quartos e banheiros pois as paredes estão manchadas e com cheiro de mofo. O café da manhã é bom mas pode melhorar começando pela disposição e apresentação da comida. Equipe de recepção muito atenciosa e prestativa.

Decepcionante. Propaganda enganosa.
Quando chegamos não encontraram a reserva que já estava garantida e paga. Tivemos que aguardar até ser resolvido. Quarto simples mas muuuito abafado. Ar condicionado velho, sem potencia e com barulho absurdo. Pia do banheiro velha e com vazamento. Mas o pior de tudo foi o colchão. Colchão velho e de péssima qualidade. Foram seis noites mal dormidas. A piscina precisa de reparos. E foi o PIOR café da manhã que já presenciei no Arraial. Café da manhã simples demais e muito mal apresentado. Completamente desorganizado. ( completamente diferente das imagens apresentadas) Não recomendo esta pousada à ninguém. NUNCA MAIS me hospedarei neste lugar. Péssima experiência com a pousada e com a expedia que não repassou a reserva para a pousada.

Ótima opção de pousada
Uma ótima opção para estadia em Arraial d'Ajuda. Ficamos num quarto com hidro massagem, espaçoso, ar condicionado novo, frigobar, TV satélite e ducha de aquecimento central. A varanda tinha rede e vista parcial para a piscina.
